The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) was established in 1995 and is governed by five organizations: the American Pharmacists Association; the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists; the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists; the Michigan Pharmacists Association; and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. It is important that there be a single national standard for pharmacy technician certification that is recognized and supported by the profession. What is MyCAA Approved Training?
The Department of Defense (DoD) currently provides financial assistance to military spouses to help pay for certifications and education in high growth, high demand portable fields through the MyCAA program. The DoD will provide up to $4,000 in financial assistance to military spouses of Active Duty and activated Guard and Reserve service members through Career Advancement Accounts.
Our distance learning programs are approved for military spouses through MyCAA funding. Our programs provide the training military spouses need to become certified for employment in high-demand Medical Office careers.
